The composition of the incarnated soul, and keys to soul development!

Soul energy linked to spirit can for younger travelers be less than 25% even though they bring a bigger amount of their total % into an incarnation, which primarily is linked to mental lessons, but can also related to other karmic imbalances. An older soul can bring less of its total energy disposal into body, yet within that amount have a stronger connection to spirit. How this blend and composition is determined is beyond our underlying understanding of course, but surely gives a peek into the events we see here on Earth.


Our spirit friend Eli talks in The Spiritual Design - Wave 2 about The Trinity, describing the interaction of the mental, emotional, and physical layers in a body, and how these aspects communicate with our soul. At a very high level, the trinity is sound, light and matter, and how those three interact. On Earth, the mental is related to sound and the emotional comes from light. The body was intentionally designed with filters which mute the communication between each of the three layers and the soul. Without these filters, incarnating here would offer no challenge, because everyone would always make the right choices and karma would not be created. The filters make us forget who we are, and the forgetting is what enables the drama of the masquerade where the soul can play-act as a different character in each lifetime.

Our spirit friends have said that in prior civilizations, all souls came in with a full doze (concentrated soul energy) to their spiritual connection, body and spirit aligned. However, due to certain occurrences, we have since then been changed in our makeup. The reasons? Well, the spirit realm wanted to see how we would manage and navigate in a world of matter with less connection to home. On that note, the result is at times painfully obvious, as humanity seems to stumble around in a maze of illusions, believing the light is not fully accessed unless we make some huge effort or sacrifice to find it. 

Is that true, and if so, how can we do that? According to our spirit friends, no religious or other earthly institution have the mandate to offer a red carpet to the light of salvation. It’s given to each and every one of us, directly from the Source as our soul was created, and it has an intact and direct link within to that Source. Plain and simple – if you are an extension of the Creator, why would you need another human being, potentially designed differently than you, to access that connection?

So how to connect to that light if you are in a maze? Not only do we need to embrace the silence, which is tricky enough in a world of constant energetic noise, but we also need to change our lifestyle in general. A start is to establish a sense of knowing; who I AM, what do I NEED and what do I consider advancement to BE. Simply a shift of perception could take you a long way. Then, think of the effects from your surroundings, media and people, can you detect those who genuinely work for sharing and unification and those who simply want something from you? How does this man-made noise effect you? Take a moment to FEEL where these energetic waves hit. Is it in your mental, emotional or physical body? Normally it is most strongly felt in one of these energetic zones, and once you have learned which one, it’s easier to adjust.

We are visitors in our current body and on this planet, we don’t own it and should honor it as loving host, by thinking about what we eat and the way we act. Ophelia, in our spirit team once said: Send love and healing to where you have placed your feet. Don’t think too big, just look down at your feet and send gratitude to that place - that’s it! Can you imagine if everyone did so, what a loving world you would have? 

Ophelia also reminded us that it is impossible to judge soul development by social status, as often the most immature souls have the easiest lives, while the more advanced souls will select difficult lives in order to try and change miserable societies or groups from within.

At the end of the day, we should all stop and ask ourselves: Am I striving for soul or human advancement? The key lies in the power of choice, following the beacon of light: I AM – I NEED – I FEEL - I WANT TO BE!
