Have you given up your rights and values?
In Astrology, full moons represent a sense of completion and fulfillment. Eclipses represent portals of transformation and awakening, and tend to bring fated events into our lives that help to elevate the evolution and growth of our soul. Taurus is a sign known for a sensual, down-to-earth nature with a fondness for the good things in life. In other words, this is a great time to treat yourself well. On the other hand, the Taurus resistance to change could bring about arguments between people with entrenched and opposing points of view. Things which you have probably witnessed plenty of these last two years. If you feel you must shove your ideas down other people’s throats, maybe that feeling is worth examining. The Taurus Partial Lunar Eclipse on November 19, could be a game changer and it is the first Taurus Eclipse we have experienced since 2014. For clues on what this new cycle may bring into your life, think back to what soul growth you underwent from 2013-2014, which was the last time we experienced this Taurus-Scorpio Eclipse cycle. - How did you evolve during this time period? Think about the changes that graced your life during this time and how you were able to integrate them into your being. This lunar event is about value the things you have and values in general. As Taurus also highlights the body, take a little time and bring that into the mix when you think about rights, values and ownership. If something doesn’t taste right, it’s probably rotten and you don’t have to swallow it. Scorpio is about experiencing the raw juiciness of our existence, by fearlessly embracing the mystery of death in the circle of life. Whatever needs to come to the surface, especially on an emotional level is going to be stirred within us. We will feel the full rainbow of emotions that make us human, but this lunar event dares you to dig a little deeper. Scorpios understand that there is nothing to fear but fear itself, and this moon is all about igniting and honoring your courage to resist mental, emotional or physical chains holding you back. Extend that thought further - what, or who, are holding humanity back? If you can identify it you can change it. If the past two years have demonstrated anything, it's that the only constant in life is change. In that respect, this Scorpio moon will both give us an opportunity to really come to terms with some of the changes we have lived through lately and help us propel forward into a new season of our lives. The new moon today will oppose Uranus, the planet of rebellion and unexpected change, and all planetary connections combined will bring an element of liberation, rebelliousness, and freedom to the entire month. If there ever was a time to use "go with the flow" as your mantra, it would be now.
