Soul energy linked to spirit can for younger travelers be less than 25% even though they bring a bigger amount of their total % into an incarnation, which primarily is linked to mental lessons, but can also related to other karmic imbalances. An older soul can bring less of its total energy disposal into body, yet within that amount have a stronger connection to spirit. How this blend and composition is determined is beyond our underlying understanding of course, but surely gives a peek into the events we see here on Earth.
Our spirit friend Eli talks in The Spiritual Design - Wave 2 about The Trinity, describing the interaction of the mental, emotional, and physical layers in a body, and how these aspects communicate with our soul. At a very high level, the trinity is sound, light and matter, and how those three interact. On Earth, the mental is related to sound and the emotional comes from light. The body was intentionally designed with filters which mute the communication between each of the three layers and the soul. Without these filters, incarnating here would offer no challenge, because everyone would always make the right choices and karma would not be created. The filters make us forget who we are, and the forgetting is what enables the drama of the masquerade where the soul can play-act as a different character in each lifetime.
Our spirit friends have said that in prior civilizations, all souls came in with a full doze (concentrated soul energy) to their spiritual connection, body and spirit aligned. However, due to certain occurrences, we have since then been changed in our makeup. The reasons? Well, the spirit realm wanted to see how we would manage and navigate in a world of matter with less connection to home. On that note, the result is at times painfully obvious, as humanity seems to stumble around in a maze of illusions, believing the light is not fully accessed unless we make some huge effort or sacrifice to find it.
Is that true, and if so, how can we do that? According to our spirit friends, no religious or other earthly institution have the mandate to offer a red carpet to the light of salvation. It’s given to each and every one of us, directly from the Source as our soul was created, and it has an intact and direct link within to that Source. Plain and simple – if you are an extension of the Creator, why would you need another human being, potentially designed differently than you, to access that connection?
So how to connect to that light if you are in a maze? Not only do we need to embrace the silence, which is tricky enough in a world of constant energetic noise, but we also need to change our lifestyle in general. A start is to establish a sense of knowing; who I AM, what do I NEED and what do I consider advancement to BE. Simply a shift of perception could take you a long way. Then, think of the effects from your surroundings, media and people, can you detect those who genuinely work for sharing and unification and those who simply want something from you? How does this man-made noise effect you? Take a moment to FEEL where these energetic waves hit. Is it in your mental, emotional or physical body? Normally it is most strongly felt in one of these energetic zones, and once you have learned which one, it’s easier to adjust.
We are visitors in our current body and on this planet, we don’t own it and should honor it as loving host, by thinking about what we eat and the way we act. Ophelia, in our spirit team once said: Send love and healing to where you have placed your feet. Don’t think too big, just look down at your feet and send gratitude to that place - that’s it! Can you imagine if everyone did so, what a loving world you would have?
Ophelia also reminded us that it is impossible to judge soul development by social status, as often the most immature souls have the easiest lives, while the more advanced souls will select difficult lives in order to try and change miserable societies or groups from within.
At the end of the day, we should all stop and ask ourselves: Am I striving for soul or human advancement? The key lies in the power of choice, following the beacon of light: I AM – I NEED – I FEEL - I WANT TO BE!

The November Full moon occurs in Gemini, the sign of the duality, it takes place at 0 degrees indicating this is a ‘ground zero’ time of NEW BEGINNINGS!
We also have the ruling planet of Gemini, Mercury in retrograde motion, which will provide many with an opportunity to reflect upon lessons learned especially in the realm of relationships. Both planet and sign are linked to communication, travel and social interaction, expressing a need to engage by sharing and exploring new ideas. The Full Moon is about closure, bringing decision and action to the table, whereas a planet in retrograde motion tends to slow things down, urging us to reflect. Two very different approaches, so don't feel discouraged if you find yourself feeling a little conflicted - so does our solar system!
Every full moon asks that you release one thing in your life in order to create space for the new so as you read below, ask yourself what you can let go of to make room for the new chapter to begin. Change will never happen easily if we do not first create the empty space in our lives. So making room will be the first step of your Full Moon manifestation.
Some things to focus on:
This lunar event might be less of a "quick fix" than other Full Moons, instead pay attention to what unfolds in your life after December 6th when Mercury goes direct again. Breath in the spirit of Gemini, embrace the fact that everything changes, nothing stays the same!

Sorry but Mercury retrograde is back! November 16 - December 6, marks the third and final Mercury retrograde cycle of the year. It occurs in the fire sign, Sagittarius, and will be felt the strongest by the mutable signs - Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo, and Pisces.
As with all Mercury retrogrades, you need to watch out for the standard issues around miscommunications, travel delays, technology errors, and unplanned events disrupting your schedule. The part of travel delays is especially true when Mercury retrogrades in Sagittarius, the sign of big travels, adventures and explorations.
The largest communication problems you are likely to face will stem from Sagittarius’ tendency to speak first and ask questions later. With this fiery energy flying around, a key is to choose your words carefully. Sagittarius is prone to overreact and fly off the handle, and when everyone feels that way, there can be a ton of drama firing off from all directions.
On a good note, this is an excellent time to discern yours beliefs, to speak your truth and defend your beliefs unapologetically, even if it means ending relationships and cutting off loose ends in the process.
Growing with Mercury retrograde means to expand your communication within and to wisely choose the words you say, so that you can stand by them after this period is over!

The November 7th New Moon in Scorpio could be a core-shaker, as it directs us to shift our consciousness from external relationships to more internal issues. New Moons are all about beginnings and what starts should roll forward naturally, or you may slip into some deep waters before you know what’s happening.
The Scorpio energy is profound, dark and completely honest, it sinks past the secrets and gets to the truth, and we're all onboard on this trip today. Our Scorpio friends teach us that there is nothing to fear except fear itself, to face polarities within ourselves and to ignite our true potential. Good or bad, positive or negative, nothing exists without the other and are all part of us.
There are many mysteries in life that intrigue us and invite us to delve a little deeper. With Scorpio being the sign of internal health, this is also a great time to get your inside checked. Ruled by Pluto, God of the underworld, Scorpio is obsessed with what’s going on under the hood, especially related to understanding the depth of our soul and what gives value to our existence.
Other topics brought to light with this lunar event:
All this Scorpio action might feel a bit heavy, especially if you’re not comfortable with “what feels.” The New Moon could be a bringer of increased access to intense emotions, or of an event that swamps you with more honesty than you’re prepared for. But it’s all good - sometimes you have to dive in and just feel it. Enjoy the magic of transformation!
