FAQ

What is regression / progression therapy?

Science has proven that only 5% of the thoughts we have on a daily basis come from our conscious mind, 95% are coming from our subconscious mind. If we want to make significant and positive changes, the best way to do this is to go beyond the critical factor/conscious mind and  change the thought pattern while in altered state of consciousness. The techniques used in Past Life Regression, Life Between Lives Regression & Future Life Progression – allow for you to do this in a very relaxed and enjoyable way.

Do I have to believe in reincarnation or past lives for this to work?

Regardless of belief in reincarnation, a past life regression can still be an effective tool for you. Some people simply feel the memories to be metaphors for the conscious mind to comprehend, whereas others believe the recall is very real. It doesn’t really matter which, the proof lies in how you integrate your experience. 

What if I can't be hypnotized?

This is probably the most common question and concern. However, most people have no problem accessing the lighter Alpha state in past-life-regression, which can be compared to deep meditation. For the deeper Theta state, required in life-between-lives-regression, not all manage with the same ease, which is why it is recommended to do a past--life-regression first. Provided that you are open to the experience, and willing to allow yourself to sink into an altered state of consciousness, then there is no reason why this shouldn't work for you. 

What if I get in over my head?

The unconscious mind’s “prime function” is to protect the psyche and physical body from harm, and Spirit will only allow you to experience what you can handle. Also, a trained Regression Therapist will be able to help and navigate through stressful events and will not make you remain in those experiences for too long. Even when it might feel difficult, know that you are ready for that experience and that it serves a process of healing and understanding. You are much wiser than you are consciously aware of.

What are cell-memories and their effects?

Every incarnation that you have had, exists in your soul mind, stored as a cell-memory. If you experienced an earlier life with trauma, sadness or difficulties, and did not release that energy, then the energy remains in your subconscious memory. If not expressed, it can be a problem in this life as well as in future incarnations. You spend a huge part of your present life in past life energies, which can create, fears, doubts, insecurity, anxiety, anger and other negative feelings. Earlier life energy, can also turn out to be a health problem, or even manifest as such.
