Have you given away your power?

It seems that everything 2021 has brought us is coming to a head, allowing big awakenings and big reassessments. Moreover, we are heading into another eclipse season, so overall this fall and winter is a powerful time to align with our true selves.

This lunar event will be influenced by both Pluto and Mars, creating a dynamic force no-one will be able to avoid. Mars is the ruler of Aries and the warrior energy could absolutely hit a boiling point today. Pluto, God of the Underworld, brings transformation on a subconscious level where we might need to face issues of control and power struggles. All celestial players combined, two potential outcomes can arise: One, being too caught up by anger and drama. Two, willing to open the powerful portals of strength, wisdom, and compassion. On a deeper level, this alignment reminds us that everything we experience in life is a paradox and that nothing is done TO us, it is done FOR us.

The Aries moon brings potent breakthroughs in fields we have just embarked on. If you have not yet made a conscious choice to improve certain areas in your life, then this moon could deliver pressure and frustration. There's a lesson in that as well, welcome it.

It takes strength and courage to stand in your own power, so ask yourself: What do I need to release to make space for my spirit to shine? Then breathe in the answer from Aries and know that it is okay to say no.

Theme: Find a common ground with your opposition.

In astrology, Libra is known as the zodiac’s natural peacekeeper, and a lot of people consider this to be the energy of level-headed logic and fairness at all costs. However, like its symbolic scale it constantly seeks harmony between two polar opposites and that can create a problem if you are seeking to please everyone. A key to solution is to understand that only when fully present in both can there be a balance.

We are witnessing division and polarity religiously, politically and perhaps most and foremost socially. The secret of Libra is about practicing listening as well as speaking, to slow down, check in and think before we act. So today, try to find a common ground with your opposition and let that be your point of growth.

This lunar event reminds us to be grateful, to appreciate the beauty around us, to align the masculine and feminine qualities and to put high ideals into practice. It also teaches us to mediate in refined ways, to play fair and to erase differences between people by finding terms that work for everyone.

Libra rules the zodiac’s seventh house of committed partnerships and around this new moon you might experience a strong need to improve where you are at. Remember, we are in relationship with every single thing in our lives and each relationship is our sacred mirror of reflection. Whether we dare to have an honest look or not is another question.
