When Mercury is retrograde, technology, travel, logic and communication all get disrupted. Knowing the true meaning of the retrograde journey, the dates and how long it lasts can help you deal with astrology’s most nerve-wracking event.
As the planet of communication and intellect goes retrograde, misunderstandings, disruptions, breakdowns, and complications are bound to happen. But the actual meaning of Mercury retrograde isn’t just some run of bad luck. It’s astrology’s way of forcing us to review, recheck and revisit. This time Mercury retrogrades through Scorpio, and when in this intense water sign it can test you in the deepest regions of intimacy, whether the intimacy in question is emotional, sexual or financial. This transit can reveal fatal flaws in a relationship, and sexual intimacy can either deepen or die. Remember, there's nothing in the grey zone with Scorpio. Scorpios are all about uncovering what is hidden, and with Mercury being linked to how we seek and gain information, it’s possible to get caught up in accessing that understanding to the point of obsession. There is however a much deeper and more meaningful purpose to each Mercury retrograde. It is an opportunity to reflect and gain insight as well as revisiting and reconnecting with people, projects, and circumstances from the past. So, try to bring warmth, affection and a genuine curiosity to your conversations and dealings with others, then you will manage these weeks just fine! ~ Christine K.H ~

The October New moon could be a core-shaker, as it directs us to shift our consciousness from external relationships to more internal issues. Scorpio is about experiencing the raw juiciness of life, it fearlessly embraces the mystery of death in the circle of life, and now is the time to contemplate the depth of your most intimate connections.
There are many mysteries in life that intrigue us and invite us to delve a little deeper. With Scorpio being the sign of internal health, this is also a great time to get your inside checked. Ruled by Pluto, God of the underworld, Scorpio is obsessed with what’s going on under the hood, especially related to understanding the depth of our soul and what gives value to our existence. How to best navigate through this lunar event:
New moons are a time to renew and start over, and what starts should roll forward naturally, or you may slip into some deep waters before you know what’s happening. Ask yourself: What would it be like if I revealed my true secrets? How would I feel if I released my deepest fears? Now, all this Scorpio action might feel a bit heavy, especially if you’re not comfortable with “what feels”, but remember that you can't bloom unless you grow, and that's the gift of Scorpio! ~ Christine K.H ~ Theme: Align with your purpose!
Full moons are powerful times to align with our true selves. They are full of magic and mystery, ready to reveal what we normally keep hidden, shining light on our entire world and everyone within it. They also show us places within ourselves we need to shift, and places we need to embrace, in order to manifest the life of our dreams. During the Aries full moon, be open to receiving information from yourself, set aside some time to journal or meditate so you can communicate with your inner wisdom. Full moons open portals for us to understand ourselves on a deeper level. In doing so they force us to the core of our truth, asking: What do you need to release to make space for your purpose? Here are some other topics to journal and think about:
During the days around this fiery moon, we might feel a powerful peak of drive and a courageous embrace of new possibilities, bringing potent breakthroughs in fields we have just embarked on. If you have not yet made a conscious choice to improve certain areas of your life, then this moon may bring the experience of pressure and frustration. There's a lesson in that as well, welcome it. Living in the past is no longer an option, living in the shadows is no longer an option. If you’ve been sticking around in a bad situation, you might want to cut your losses and move on. The full moon urges us to cut ties with the old to make room for the new, asking one question only: What becomes possible now? ~ Christine K.H ~ D. We wanted to ask if you had any little bits of wisdom that you would like to pass on to the public?
B. Ah. As we are moving into the fall season, people tend to be more reflective, and I think that that is important. Because now is a time to somewhat harvest and look in rewind on what you have collected over this year, this last cycle, –to appreciate the little steps that you have taken. It is a time to also look at every challenge that you had, or still have, and to look at how you solved them. Are they still present in your life? Are they still affecting you? If so, how can you potentially do things differently? How could you potentially release stress or anxiety or other things that you encountered over the year? But it’s also important to look back and count your blessings, count the things that you became happy about. It could be the simplest thing, for example, maybe you had more time to walk in nature and when you did so, you felt the greatest relief and the greatest calm and presence around you. So, as you are moving into the season of fall, look back month–by–month on this year and see what you learned, see how you grew, see the treats that came your way; not only focusing on your challenges. If you had a year with a lot of challenges, then see from this perspective how you grew and how that challenge might assist you to transform and create a new level of progress. D.
