Theme: The Power to Heal

The Aries full moon is the first of two for the month, as we have another one at the end of the month in the sign of Taurus. It seems that everything 2020 has brought us is coming to a head, allowing big awakenings - big reassessments! Moreover, we are heading into another eclipse season, so overall this fall and winter is a powerful time to align with our true selves.

The Aries full moon will be conjunct to Chiron, known in astrology as The Wounded Healer. Combined with the warrior energy of Aries we have two potential outcomes today; Being too caught up by anger and drama or willing to open the powerful portals of strength, wisdom, and compassion. On an even deeper level, this alignment reminds us that all we experience in this life is a paradox, it is both real but also an illusion.

The Aries moon starts a dynamic time of new possibilities, bringing potent breakthroughs in fields we have just embarked on. If you have not yet made a conscious choice to improve certain areas of your life, then this moon may bring the experience of pressure and frustration. There's a lesson in that as well, welcome it!

It takes strength and courage to heal, so ask yourself: What do I need to release to make space for my purpose and healing? Then breath in the answer from Aries!

Theme: Refresh Your Health & Wellness - Get Organized - Be of Service!

Every new moon offers the opportunity to make room for a fresh start and a new cycle, this time Virgo leads the way!
Virgo teaches pragmatism and efficiency, and this is a good time to make lists, plans, and schedules. The ruler of the Zodiac virgin is Mercury so we also need to look at our communication and mental health in general.

Work and practical matters, exercise and health as well as order and processes in general, all fall under the rule of Virgo. Diet and exercise are certainly in the picture but don´t forget to look at your inner body, your soul, as this lunar light highlights our overall health. As within - so without!

On one hand, discipline, routines and setting goals rule the day. On the other hand, the energy surrounding us is about healing, solitude, gratefulness and to give to others. Virgo wants to perfect, complete and integrate, so today we work on wholeness by unifying everything we have learned this year to create a new cycle. Breath in the spirit of Virgo and find your Zen in the little things!
