With the new moon solar eclipse we are given a big push into that next cycle and it's a time for new beginnings both spiritually, emotionally and physically. With the new moon falling in Leo twice over the last 30 days, one could say it's a second chance to find your fierce and to raise your own sail. Leos are diffidently steering their own ships and this lunar event reminds us to follow our own compass. Like the Sun is the center of our Solar system, the sign of Leo is all about the center of our very being - the heart. Joy, enthusiasm and big time loving follow, as this big kitty brings us closer to the arena in life where we are most likely to shine. Things to focus on with the Leo moon:

 How to survive a three week communication crisis?
Mercury rules over all types of communication, whether it is writing, speaking, reading, social media interactions, communication technology, or any other method of transmitting information. It also rules transportation and travels, and during Mercury retrograde periods, there are more noticeable disruptions, breakdowns, and complications within all of these areas. Like last summer, the scene for errors is in Virgo, one of the signs ruled by Mercury, so the struggles could potentially be more significant than other times. Virgos are souls who constant think, calculate and question things, not only their surroundings but probably most of all themselves. A key when Mercury retrogrades in the highly detail-oriented and somewhat critical Virgo, is to avoid getting stuck in over analyzing things or worrying too much about the outcome. Instead, use this period as a thorough inventory of your life as it favors organization, planing and solving practical problems. So what else could we think about? Well, there is not much we can do about the actions of others, except to be more conscious and prepared for any delays or errors by double checking. Also, as much as outer matters can be challenging, know that it's an excellent time for introspection and inner work. Personally, I seem to get more things done when Mercury is retrograde, and have found it to be a great time for more productive and focused activities, especially related to self improvement. So, see it as an opportunity to reflect and gain insight about how to respond to any challenging circumstances you may face, then these weeks will be remembered as gift. ~ Christine K.H ~  All eclipses bring the unexpected, forcing us into action and bring news of the big events in life. The August 7 lunar eclipse marks the end of a cycle which began with the February 2017 lunar eclipse. Together with the August 21 solar eclipse in Leo, it will remain active until the lunar eclipse in the end of January next year, so pay attention to any shifts ahead. All full moons emphasize on collaboration, commitment and to let go of those things we no longer need. This allows you to take an objective and balanced look at your close personal relationships. Being in touch with your own needs and intentions, and those of others, you can clearly see any relationship imbalances causing disharmony. This lunar event takes place in Aquarius, a highly idealistic sign, and driven by Utopian visions that can be way ahead of their time.
