In this dialogue found in 'Notes from the Second Dimension', Bob's mentor Gergen talks about appreciation. After this was delivered I made an effort to follow this principle, and not only has it put me in a state of gratitude and acceptance, but I also feel a stronger connection to my own spirit. I hope you all take this beautiful advice to heart and see how it will affect your life!
( D=David asking the questions ) G. Try to see during your day, and maybe, in the end of the day, to pay gratitude to at least one or two things during your day. When you go to bed, to be in a sensation of gratitude, to think of at least one thing or two that made you happy or felt blessed, or felt relaxed, if you are in a life that is very stressful. Let’s say that you were given a break during your day, because someone cancelled their appointment and you were given an extra cup of coffee. Just the teeniest, tiniest things, not the biggest things. To pay gratitude at the end of the day, before you go to bed, to appreciate what has been given to you, some perhaps from a spiritual helper, observing you and seeing what you might need. D. That’s a beautiful teaching, Gergen. Thank you for that. G. You are much welcome. No one wants to go to bed and feel stressed and feel discontent. So try to find something and be grateful for that, and say it out loud or within yourself, before you go to bed. And start your day with the intention that you are gonna find something to be grateful for, when you go to bed. D. That’s really wonderful. Thank you for that. G. There we go, there we go. OK, thank you for your time. D. Alright my friend, thank you! G. There we go. More about our books 'The Spiritual Design Wave 1 + Wave ' and 'Notes from the Second Dimension' can be found here.
