Full moon lunar eclipse Aquarius ~ August 18, 2016

Ready or not, the winds of change are blowing as we once more are traveling through another eclipse season. All eclipses bring the unexpected, forcing us into action and bring news of the big events in life. All full moons emphasize on collaboration, commitment and to let go of those things we no longer need.

Aquarius is a highly idealistic sign, driven by Utopian visions that can be way ahead of their time. This sign is definitely an interesting blend of characteristics: communicative yet guarded, always seeking out the new and unusual and yet they are most comfortable with staying on course. The Aquarius full moon comes with a forward looking energy, aiming for higher ideals combined with a diplomatic approach and care for the less fortunate in the world. Our friends, larger groups and organizations are also part of today's energy, so decide which around you are genuine and resonating with your own visions and needs.

Still, we are under the spell of polarity and with the sun in Leo vs the moon in Aquarius we need to look at balancing our personal goals (Leo) with the collective needs (Aquarius). This is a time for a radical upgrade in our thinking process and to release mental attitudes that prevent us from living out of the authentic core of who we truly are and what we came here to do.
