Full moon Capricorn ~ June 28th, 2018

Full Moons are the most emotionally charged time of the month. With the Sun being in Cancer, this Moon brings out the opposing polarity of Capricorn, and we may feel the energies of each sign either collaborating or challenging each other.

The Sun is masculine, which represents our ego needs/impulses, and the Moon is feminine, representing emotional needs/impulses. This polarity can play out in different ways, as we can feel it within ourselves as well as experience it influencing our relationships and the world around us. However, the Moon is in charge of this event and so is Capricorn.

Generally speaking, all full moons are times where certain themes in our lives, that have been building up in the previous weeks, reach a peak or a release point. It can be minor or major depending on other astrological variables specific to you, but always comes a signal of attention.

Capricorn is a worldly sign. It is about our ambitions, management, structure, discipline, and responsibilities. It is pragmatic, realistic, conservative, and determined, taking steps slowly but surely toward masterful achievement. Our close relationships are always highly influenced by the full moon, and with this one the question asked is: Does your relationship make you feel stronger or weaker? Is it mature or not?

Another thing brought to light is where you might have gone too far in an area. Have you been too focused on work at the expense of your personal needs? Or the other way around, have you been too captive by your relationships that your work is suffering?

The full moon in Capricorn empowers you to be your own authority and to own your power. Do not give it away to others and do what makes you strong. Recognize your limitations and use them as your ally, then your limitations will transform to become your strength. Set your priorities, you have to be willing to fight for your dreams, talent is not always enough. The drum roll of the day is: Align with what you want - Trust your progress!
