The latest wisdom from Bob and our session 11/11 2017.
This time he addresses the different effects of sugar and how the spirit world wants us to share and assist others on their path through life!
D: David & B: Bob
D: Is there anything you or Ophelia or anyone would like us to rely to the public at this time?
B: Ah, I want people to be more kind to their own belly, and to think of treating your belly the way you would treat someone you love, like a child or your favorite animal, for instance, because this is the same thing. So the same way you nurture someone that you love, you have to do that to yourself, and the way you eat is a way to do so. And to not be overexcited by colorful food, and to look into what they carry within them, so that the belly will be purring like your favorite cat, for instance. And to pay attention to certain things when it comes to the food and water around you, so that it doesn’t mess up the engine (the digestive system). I would like to say that people need to be more cautious about the intake of food, and to eliminate sugar more. It doesn’t help that you use all these light products, like fructose, in some way it is worse than regular sugar.
Regular sugar in normal doses is not a bad thing, but when you over use it, then it becomes….It’s like it’s locking the cells within you, so they are not moving fast enough, as fast as they should be moving. Oh, how can I give you a picture? If you eat too much sugar, it can operate in a way that makes the rhythm within you, even the blood circulation, to change from its original intended pattern. In some way, the cells move slower, but the blood can actually move faster, which creates a disharmony within the vehicle (Bob calls the body the vehicle).
Those with high blood pressure should know that blood pressure is HIGHLY sensitive to sugar and they should not eat that at all, and should exchange it for a regular fruit of some type. But the cells are different, because they almost become paralyzed, so we have a different dilemma within, where one effect of sugar increases the speed within the blood, and another result makes some of the healthy cells to not function, I would say.
D: Ah, is that what you call being too heavy, energetically?
B: That creates heaviness within, yes indeed.
D: What can someone with high blood pressure do to help?
B: Well, they need to eat more of the greens, like kale, for instance, because that makes everything sort of pause. If you have that, then iron from vegetables is a good supplement to stabilize the high blood pressure. They should have vegetables and more greens, and not too much fruit, because fruit carries a little bit of sugar within. Kale and all different root vegetables are really good for that, and carrots and celery as well are really good, too. You can make a dish in the oven, roasted beets, sweet potatoes, olive oil, all of that.
D: Thank you for all that.
B. I would also want to say that people should be kind to each other, and to help, instead of trying to applaud themselves. To see where others are struggling and to see what each can do to assist. There might be certain things that you cannot assist with, or that you are not qualified to do. But if you meet someone who is like-minded as you, but not as far along in their own knowledge, then you can gently try to suggest certain things. It doesn’t help if you try to be aggressive with it, because it only creates a void. You could simply say, “This worked for me, and you can try it if you are interested”. But if you say it more like a command, then it’s going to create a void. So, don’t be aggressive with the way you try to help and teach others, because then it’s just gonna backfire.
D: Ah, what about Christians, should they try to enlighten others who think along the same lines?
B: If they work from the way that religion is here to do good, and that you should just be kind. But if you try to force your beliefs on certain restricted areas within your book or your scripture, then that is wrong. It’s either gonna alienate people, or they are going to simply follow you, and the problem is that a lot people want followers. As long as we have that dilemma where people are looking to be adored for what they do and for what they can provide, and not simply sharing like you do when you are in your spiritual home, then there is problem. It creates a void, because even if they follow you, they are not gonna be happy or they are not going to be progressing.
You want to help people progress, evolve and grow from their own being, and that is not done by showing yourself like, “I know the truth and follow me”. So you want to say, “This is what you can do,” and then you somewhat want them to walk their own path, telling them, “I am here if you have questions,” rather than saying, “Here you have all the answers.” That’s how I teach my students, I am not TELLING them what to do, but sharing my experience - that’s different!
D: Such good advice, Bob, you’re very wise!
B: (Laughs)...aahh. You don’t have to be big to radiate knowledge…or like a giant to get your message across. You can be small and STILL be the smartest one in the room (giggles).
Thank you Bob!
