Full moon lunar eclipse Capricorn ~ July 5th, 2020

The 3rd eclipse this summer is about endings, and can bring hidden emotions to the surface, even if it takes place in the mature sign of Capricorn.

Life tends to speed up near eclipses and awareness increase. As we also have Mercury retrograding in Cancer (ending July 12th), it is advisable to communicate carefully and consciously during these days. The square of Mercury and Mars on July 8th makes tongues sharp.

Capricorn is connected to responsibility, work, ambition, structure, perseverance and our efforts; while Cancer rules family, self-love, our home and roots. These two energies will be opposing each other, as they have in the last two years of eclipses. When eclipses fall in Cancer and Capricorn, we reach a crisis in direction. Are we standing on a stable platform in life, and are our worldly ambitions in alignment with the yearnings of our hearts? Feelings of 'Have I reached my goals?' will be prominent during this lunar event - work-wise and/or in our relationships.

Today is about endings, releasing people and situations no longer serving you. It can be a breakup of turmoil or a mature exit. Regardless, this lunar transformation is a culmination and fulfillment of what has occurred in your life since 2018. It has the ability to enhance your focus and light up a new path.
