Venus Retrograde Aries/Pisces ~ Mar 1 to Apr 12, 2025

In astrology, Venus is the planet of pleasure, romance, money and creativity. Her placement in our chart can also show how we socialize...or not. Venus describes by sign, house, and aspect both what we find attractive and how we go about attracting it. 

A planet in retrograde motion represents something that is symbolically, and astronomically, something anomalous, weird or something that stands out because it goes against the norm. Because Venus is a personal planet tasked with integral parts of our personality and psyche, the effects of Venus retrograde in the natal chart are far more profound, then let's say the outer planets.

• Past lover resurfaces.
• Revisiting a financial or social chapter. 
• New outlet of old creative projects.
• Rethinking values. 

Venus retrogrades in the same signs with a 8 year cycle and this is a repeat from spring 2017 and 2009. So, look back;  what did you work on then? What occurred in your social life and in your relationships? 

Venus will start her retrograde her retrograde journey on March 1st at 10 degrees Aries, and she'll end it April 12th at 24 degrees Pisces. For personal information, look in your own chart for planets or points within this realm.

On an interesting note; Mercury will copycat Venus by turning retrograde, March 14th and by returning to Pisces, near the same time. It makes me think of a love (Venus) letter (Mercury). However, with both in backspin, it might arrive a little late.
