The Spiritual Design books - Reader question on The Cell

This reader question is based on topics found in The Spiritual Design - Wave 3.

RQ: Are these also souls from the creator?

David: The short answer is yes. Nothing exists that is not part of the Creator. The soul in a human, as well as a soul in an "alien" life form both have a home somewhere in the spiritual dimensions. The fish tanks are where spiritual entities go the experience form, in one of three ways:

1. They project their consciousness, similar to remote viewing, but do not have a physical form. Because of that, they are limited in how they can interact with their surroundings, or 

2. They manifest a form using the elements of the location they are visiting. For example, the Anunnaki were physical entities that were visible and had some basic bodily functions like breathing and drinking some type of plant-based fluid to maintain the body. From what I have gathered over the years, when the spirit withdraws from these types of form, there may be some physical shell left behind. Or,

3. They blend their part of their soul energy with another form that already exists on that plane. Humans are the best example of this. The other primates in the hominin family, such as apes and chimps, have similar bodies but their soul energy is fully the Master Mind. With humans, the animating soul energy is about 99 percent incarnating soul and perhaps 1 percent that is the Master Mind.

I point this out because aliens can be either of the second or third category. Most of the alien visitors to Earth seem to be manifested entities that have full control over the physical form. Because of that, they can shift into other parallel planes and vanish or appear as they wish. The Cell were originally alien visitors to the planet that did something disruptive to the Creator's plan. Because of that, the souls that were in (or manifesting) the alien bodies were not able to leave the third or fourth dimension and return home.

Instead, they were forced to join the incarnation program and blend with a human body until, as a group, they resolve the karmic footprint that they created when they occupied the alien bodies. The difference between their situation and the normal incarnation is that they are not permitted to leave the fourth dimension after the body dies. When most people die, the soul passes through the fourth and leaves the fish tank, where it has a life review and then rejoins its higher self at home in the spiritual dimensions.

When one of those in the Cell dies (I think there were 13 of them that are trapped) their souls are held in the fourth dimension around Earth until a new body is selected by the Council who is overseeing their redemption, and they are sent back into a new life. Because they are so influential in worldly affairs, I can only assume that they have a configuration that allows them to manipulate others around them. In the last 2000 years, they have played a major role in the rise of the Abrahamic religions and the financial institutions that control the western world. 

RQ: Have these stopped incarnating?

David: No. They must continue to incarnate until they collectively resolve their karma.

RQ: How come they are opposing the creator? Or is this part of the plan?

David: Ultimately, nothing can oppose the Creator. Each soul must realize that their intent and creations are their own responsibility and must be aligned with the universal force of divinity which, in human terms, can be understood as compassion.
