Full moon Sagittarius ~ June 9, 2017

A full moon is when the sun is in opposition to the moon, highlighting opposing forces or polarities in your life. These imbalances can include your ego vs emotions, work vs home, or what you need vs what you want.

Today's full moon party is truly that, a party, as it occurs in the fun and highly optimistic sign of Sagittarius. With the moon in Sagittarius and the sun in opposite Gemini, both carrying a mutable energy, we feel the change of the seasons, literally, and it can be that awaited signal for some leisure time.

The moon rules day, and our Sagittarius friends are all about travel, exploration and adventure, with a constant drive for higher learning and the quest for truth. This lunar event could mean the end, or turning point, of a learning cycle, or it can give you that push of inspiration to make a trip or even a move. Wherever the wind blows your sails, you are encouraged by this full moon to surrender, act and allow it to lead the way.

This moon directs us to the bright opportunities ahead, but also reminds us to be inspired by the journey itself not only the goal.
