Full moon Lunar eclipse Scorpio ~ May 5, 2023

This celestial event is sending some deep thoughts our way as it also goes down during a Mercury Retrograde, which always calls for review and reflection.

While the Scorpio energy can sometimes feel dark, obsessive or like a crisis, we’ll each be given an opportunity to explore new avenues of the psych. Many Zodiac souls may find this cosmic climate to be particularly challenging as foundations, relationships and boundaries are tested. Though each sign will experience this energy differently, major themes around letting go will come to fruition on a collective scale. 

The moon represents our emotional nature, habits, patterns, and instincts. When the moon is in eclipse, it’s as if the shadow parts of ourselves come to the surface. It can be a time of great intensity as we confront aspects of ourselves that we may have avoided or denied. If you just feel emotional, know that this is a transient experience. If you become emotional because somebody else said or did something to you, instead of blaming the other person, now is an excellent time to understand the mental and emotional pattern we carry within us.
